Marilyn McCoy is the Vice President for Administration and Planning, a position she has held since July, 1985.
She serves as a member of the University's senior executive staff, responsible for overseeing major policy directions and decision making for the University.

William Hayward is the Director of Analytical Studies and Data Warehousing.
Bill directs all analytical and information development activities for the Office and is responsive to a range of requests for analytical support from within and outside of the University. He has recently taken on a leadership role in the University's Data Warehousing Initiative. Bill also serves as the University's representative to the Association of American Universities Data Exchange (AAUDE) and the Consortium on Financing Higher Education (COFHE).

Evelyn Caliendo is the Assistant Director of Planning and Special Projects.
She
works with the central executive team and unit managers to set planning agendas and to facilitate the integration of unit-level planning and resource allocation into comprehensive strategic action. She is a member of the Planning & Budget Group and serves on the Advisory Committee on University Space Planning.

Debbie Crimmins is the Senior Analyst for Institutional Research and University Enrollment.
She provides direct support to the Director of Analytical Studies and the Associate Provost for University Enrollment on a variety of activities, including data collection, reporting, and analysis for both internal and external use. Prior to joining Administration and Planning in December 2004, Debbie served as Assistant Director of Cost Studies in the Office of the Controller for five years.

Colleen White is an Assistant to the Vice President.
Ms. White coordinates all business and activities of the Board of Trustees including managing the preparation for all Board meetings and follow-up activities.

Sonia Cohen works in Institutional Research as a Senior Business Analyst for Reporting Solutions.
Sonia has 20 years experience in both IT and business management with a focus on business process design and development and deploying software for data warehousing and reporting. Her career experience has spanned both higher education and corporate settings. She is a member of the Higher Education Data Warehousing forum.

Megan Blackwelder is an Assistant to the Vice President.
She serves as the business manager for the office, providing essential management and administrative support to the Vice President. She also supports the coordination of activities associated with the Program Review process, faculty honors, Domain Dinners, and the annual Senior Administrative Retreat.

Paul Schatz is an Institution Research Analyst.
He collects, analyzes and reports data for both internal and external use. He provides support for both the Director of Analytic Studies and the Senior Research Analyst. Mr. Schatz also serves as the webmaster for the Institutional Research webpage.

Jennie Rose Gibbs is the Administrative Assistant for Administration and Planning.
Ms. Gibbs oversees the budget reports for the Office, assists with Program Review and the Board of Trustees, as well as maintaining all records and files for the department.

Fran Adams serves as the Receptionist/Clerk Typist, and serves all the offices located on the second floor of the Rebecca Crown Center.
She has served in this position since August, 1990. Ms. Adams coordinates the reservation of meeting rooms within Crown.
